2002 Ram 1500 PCM reset...FOUND
I couldnt find a PCM fuse marked as such but did find a ECM/Skip #19 in the box 10 amp.
Note this is a canadian truck..not sure if it makes a diff.
But I removed #19 fuse, turned the key to the ON position and did get the 2 chimes after about 10-15 secs.
I looked everywhere for this procedure and came up with alot of diff. ways and trial and error found it...I think..lol
just in case someone else is looking for it with this same truck
