Default leveling kit with 33's and stock 20's -

most ppl who up their tire size go with the 17" rim. I'd like new rims, but for the cost + tires; i think im just fine with my existing 20" stock rims. I'd rather invest the extra cash somewheres else.

How stiff of a ride of a ride would it be riding on the 20" rim with 33s. I think the factory tire is 31", am i correct. I think going with a leveling kit and adding replacing with 33's would look pretty good - what do you think?

according to miata.net the stock tire is a 33... not sure how they figure that out, I always thought it was a 32...

Leveling kit ride quality depends on the kit. The one i used on my od involved removing the entire strut tower, and placing it between it and the frame... did not affect suspension travel, or ride quality, did change geometry a little.

35's should fit without to much problem... however backspacing on the stock wheels might be a problem.
