P2175 and P2106 found problem

The dealer found why the Hemi was throwing these codes if anyone is wondering. They said the TB needed replaced $400.00. I was wondering if maybe it just needed to be taken off and cleaned, I really don't want to pay the money to fix it. If I do need to replace do you guys know how much a TB would cost?
