If I remember correctly you get in the truck buckle the belt then turn the key to the run position (do not start) Then unbuckle and rebuckle the belt 3 times leaving it buckled the last time then turn the key off.
You should hear a chime if you did it right, then unbuckle the belt and you should be good to go.

thats sharp man, i really like it. i got a 21ft four winns liberator king cobra with the inboard ford 460 it pushes 340 hp. its a 1988 model though. not brand new like yours, but we really enjoy it!!!
