I have a 2500 diesel that I use for towing but I dont have the tow mirrors. It really bothers me when I hook up to my box trailer.

does anyone have them and want to trade for my stock ones.

they need to be heated and electric.

I don't have links, but most truck acess stores sell extensions that clamp down or valcrow over the standard 6x9 mirrors, I prfer the 6x9 because they more compact and have less chance of getting hit in close driving situations when extended or normal use.

I mounted round sticky convex mirrors on the base of the 6x9 mirror to help me see the blind spots when I tow, Dodge should have put thease thier to begin with and made the base of the mirror thicker to allow for a bigger convex mirror.

The trailer tow mirrors are more expensive to replace but verry cheap on a factery order, any one who has trailer tow mirriors is not going to down grade for free.

 

nope Im not expecting to get them for free.

I had the slip on mirrors and I couldnt see anything in them.

my current ones have a small convexed mirror on it.

 

I just figured one of the HEMI owners that are setting their truck up for sport instead of work would want the smaller mirrors

 

Did you check E-bay? I got a great price on my towing mirror i had replaced

 

yeah Ive been checking ebay. I havent seen a set of 3rd gen dodge electric/heated tow mirrors go for under $200

 

nah, no HEMI owners wouldnt dare trade tow mirrors for those reg. mirrors for a more sporty look. im looking for a sporty look for my whip and im keepin mine. good luck though! did ya try the dealer?
