Under drive pullies?

Are they worth all you have to go through to get them? Price install and different belt? I already have flashpaq exaust and CAI. Would I get the claimed 12-15hp they say you can get? I am looking to get a cam but I am doing the cheaper things first. Any thoughts on any of this?
