Default ERROR CODE P1762, can anyone help me?

I have a 3rd generation 2002 Dodge Ram, about a year ago I had performance problems and brought my truck into a transmition shop where they found that a Gov. Pressure Sensor Switch in the transmition was bad. They replaced it and it has drove great up until today. I found out how to check the codes and found that error code P1762 was registering. Upon research I found that it is the exact same switch is producing an error code. Of corse the warranty for the work and switch has expired. Is it normal for the switch to fail this quickly? Could it be a wiring problem? Or is it just as simple as a flush?

POSSIBLE CAUSES

OTHER TRANSMISSION DTCS PRESENT
5 VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT OPEN - EXTERNAL
5 VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT OPEN - INTERNAL
GOVERNOR PRESSURE SENSOR
TRANSMISSION - INTERNAL DAMAGE

You should also just check the fluid level.
TRANSMISSION - INTERNAL LEAK
ENGINE CONTROL MODULE
INTERMITTENT WIRING AND CONNECTORS
