Pics of 12.50" tire on factory rims
does anybody have a12.50" tire on a factory rim? I was thinking of upgrading to Mickey Thompson tires and wanted to go to a 33x12.50x17 tire and was goign to try to hold of on new rims for a month or 2. Will this iven fit on a stock rim or will i need different backspacing?
I used to have my 35x12.5-17's on my stock rims for about 3 months before I got my new wheels. Yes they fit fine, luckily our Dodges come with 8" wheels.. 12.5 is as big as you can go on an 8" wheel.
which tire i have the MTZ's they are tuff man go through about anything only be stuck once and it was DEEEP i had to dig 8inchs to get my hitch and they dig like a bastard
Here take a look at my gallery, I have 33x12.50x17's on my 05

HANSONHVAC,
They have never rubbed one time since I have had them installed.I have a 2005 Quad cab too if that makes a difference.
I'll tell you what though, there darn close to the camber I think they call it right on the inside of the tire, I saw that when I was installing new shocks, I said WOW thats a close fit LOL
