Hey, how'd you find the hemi/6-speed combo? Did you have to order it or was it on a dealer lot?

Thanx, Lance

Just out of curiosity, what are you basing your numbers on Hank? In other words, what happens between 300 and 3000 miles that makes the truck not be a lemon? Between 3000 and 10000? Thanks.

I was looking at ordering a basic trim 07 6 speed, but the dealer searched all over and found this new 06 SLT Big Horn plus other options power seat wood grain, tow.... After beating them up on price for a week or so, I bought the loaded 06 for much muchless than the basic 07. I'll try to attach a pic here. it was raining out so its a crappy picture.
I just added the stainless steel fender trim, and I'm not sure if I like it or not, but Its growing on me. I plan on putting wheel to wheel step tubes on also and maybe a flowmaster system, then I'm done with add-ons.

Yeah Im not a fan of that chrome trim but if you like it then its money well spent. Ive got a little over 1800 on mine and I try not to hold the pedal down alot, I have never just stomped it down yet, Im trying to fight the urge, after a few thousand miles Ill lay the pedal to the wood

the chrome trim looks good sometimes. it depends on how big they are. i like the smaller strips better than the bigger ones, and it also depends on what eles you have on the vehicle. chrome mirrors, gas cap, door handles, and fender strips all on the same vehicle is a little too much chrome for me.

There has always been much debate about proper break-in procedures but I found a good article that answered a lot of questions. Hope this helps. http://www.motortrend.com/features/e...ce_performance
Great article. I prefered this quote
so any change in power output attributable to such a radical procedure would be miniscule if measurable at all.
If you want to notice a difference you'll notice one eithe way. It think it's about 90% psychological whether there's a difference or not.
