There is a TSB flash for poor idle quality on 2003 but it doesn't apply to '05. There is a flash avalible for the '05s but it requires a DTC P0171 or P0174 to set the MIL for Fuel System too lean bank 1 or 2. I notice that you have an aftermarket CAI and catback. We have had some issues with a couple trucks that are caused by the aftermarket parts and the PCM not being able to compensate. You should have a driveability diagnoses performed to check for long term adaptive fuel trims. If they are over 33% then further diag is required if they are under 33% then you can proceed to have the flash done. The tsb stats that the labour allowance for the reflash is 0.8 hrs and they will probably charge you a flat driveability diagnoses rate of 1 hr. Hope this helps. I just logged into my DealerConnect to check this out

well truck is in at the dealership. Guess i have a bad EGR valve and am in very need of a tune up, was running platinum plugs in it and the dealer said that is a very bad idea, (there goes 200 bucks down the drain). But the bad thing is this EGR valve is on back order from dodge as it is and might take 6-8 weeks to get here.... so now i gotta drive it like this for that long which sucks. But oh well, they are covering it under warranty which is awesome
