Hey guys, first post here. I am looking into doing my first appearance mod, and need some advice. I know it all comes down to what you like, but I am at a crossroads. I like the SRT hood in both looks and the fact it is OEM, but the steel cowl induction hood from Reflexxion looks nice and clean too (link Below). Guess you could call this a poll of sorts. Thanks for any ideas and thoughts guys!

i am at the same crossroads that you are i cant decide either. i think i leaning toward the cowl. everyone in tulsa has the srt-10. do you have any pics of your truck this might help.

 

I think the reflexxxion is the way to go. They look great and not many people have em on their dodges. You can get it with or without the "ram air" from this guy for a fair price. I got mine from him.

semigod is that the same hood that is on your truck?

 

Basically. Mine is a reflexxxion with the "ram air" scoop. They come 2 ways, cowl or cowl with ram air. The ram air is non functioning.
The ebay links i posted are from the same guy i bought mine from.

 

I am leaning toward the cowl a little myself, but I found a used SRT hood for $400. The Cowl is about the same plus shipping, but less prep work due to being new. I added a signature so you can see my truck. Thanks!

I'm going back and forth also on this. I like the cowl hood but IMO its not different enough from the stock hood. I want it to be very noticable. I love the SRT-10 hood and I'm pretty sure its the route I will go. There's a white DRW CTD running around my town all blacked out with a SRT-10 hood. Thing is sick looking!! But there's another one running around with a cowl hood. The cowl hood screams muscle while the SRT screams sport. I'm going for more of the sport look I guess since I can't throw huge tires on for sake of towing.
