Exclamation I need help. no speedo and a bunch of lights on

I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 4X4 quad cab. I have changed the rear wheel speed sensor, cleaned out6 the moisture in the plug by the fire wall. Looked at all the grounds i can see and find, also i am not getting power to the clip for the rear wheel speed sensor i checked that with a test light. The check engine light is on, air bag light, ABS light and Brake light. Any help quickly please everyone.

Welcome to the board.

Since you have a check engine light, stop by an auto parts store and let them connect an ODB scanner to your truck and give you the codes (PO300 for example) and come back here and give them to us so we can help you more.

Since the Instrument Cluster feeds power/checks status to a bunch of circuits and utilizes multiplexx(multiple signals within just a single wire), it's possible you may have a bad IC? or just a loose wire on the back side? i would try pulling out the cluster and wiggling the wires in the back or see if you have any chaffed wires. The connectors back there are kinda cheesmo and if just one wire came loose this can cause a lot of problems. trust me. i just had to replace my IC because of one wire.
Have you checked all of your fuses?

all fuses are good but if one wire on the back of the cluster was bad would it make all the lights come on and cause the check engine to come on?

It all depends on what the problem is. If you lost communication then yes, but I'm not entirely sure what your issue is??
Try to do a cluster check. Not sure if you '02 is the same as mine, but try this;
push in your trip button and hold it in. turn your key to ON position but DO NOT start. Now, release your trip button.
All of your guages should sweep and then fall down in increments and all of your indicator lights should flash on/off. If any light fails to illuminate or does not flash as suppose to, then you have a bad IC.

If all lights flash and guages sweep(which u don't have any guage issue's) then you may have an issue within your canbus network such as a short or something?

Last but not least. I know there have been many issue's regarding moisture/corrosion inside the BCM underneath the hood. You may be able to pop it open and peek on the underside to see if there's any visible corrosion or if there's any connectors loose?

All the lights and gauges did what they were supposed to. Where is the BCM located?

It could be. Have you tried charging the battery, having it tested or replacing it if you think it is dying?
