They didnt put the " service update" numbers on your invoice did they? Mine is going back today for the windshield washer, but if im there anyway would like them to check see what else needs to be done. As i have mentioned elsewhere I am not confident my dealer looks things up.

It is basically in their own interest to check if you need any updates, RRT's, or recalls while you are there since they get paid to perform these. It's not the dealer warrantying the vehicle it's Chrysler and well those little 3 seconds flashes pays half hour each most often. So if your dealer is smart you don't need anything when you leave. Hell mine tried to slip in an oil change that I didn't ask for.

I have seen in other threads that there are RRT's for squeeky seats and warped rambox top caps.

I will try to get more info when I take my truck to the dealer soon.

Creaking, Clicking Or Squeak Sound From Seat
OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves applying lube to the rear cross tube for front seats equipped with manual seat tracks.
MODELS:
2009 (DS) 1500 Ram Pickup
NOTE :This bulletin applies to vehicles with sales codes (JP8 or JRT) and built before March 13, 2009 (MDH 0313XX).
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The seats may make a squeak, clicking or creak sound when:
i.Stopping and accelerating
ii.Driving around corners
iii.Adjusting the seat
This may be more noticeable at colder ambient temperatures.
DIAGNOSIS:
If the customer describes this condition, perform the Repair Procedure.

PARTS REQUIRED:
NOTE : One can of lubricant can treat more than 10 vehicles.
REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1.Open passenger door.
2.Slide passenger seat to full forward position.

3.Disengage the 2 plastic J retainers underneath the rear of the seat from the support wire on the seat frame.(Fig. 1).

4.Disengage the plastic J retainer from the back-retainer is sewn into the cover and is a two piece plastic retainer (Fig. 2).
5.Protect floor and surrounding areas from excess lube.
6.Lift the lower section of the seat cover and move aside the foam covering the cross tube to metal bracket joint.

a.Spray lube (Sprayon S00202 11 oz. Moly Chain Lube and or equivalent) around the entire cross tube to bracket joint as shown in (Fig. 3).
b.Repeat for same joint on other side of seat.
7.Grasp the upper back of the seat being repaired and move side-to-side. If 'subject' noise is still present, repeat

8.Using a marker draw an X on the cross tube part label to acknowledge the seat has been lubricated (Fig. 4).
9.Reattach the two piece black J retainer.
10.Reattach the 2 white plastic J retainers.
11.Repeat Step # 1 through Step # 10 for the driver seat, if also equipped with manual seat.

Hood Creaking and Squeaking Sound
OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves adding Anti-squeak tape to the hood.
MODELS:
2009 (DS) Ram 1500
NOTE : This bulletin applies to vehicles built before March 27, 2009 (MDH0327XX).
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The customer may experience a creaking and or squeaking sound from the hood area when turning the vehicle and or going over rough terrain.
DIAGNOSIS:
Inspect the hood, if a squeaking or creaking sound is observed when pressing the front of the hood, perform the Repair Procedure.

PARTS REQUIRED:
NOTE : One piece of tape will service 1 vehicle.
REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1.Open the hood.
2.Identify the areas where the hood bumpers contact the inner hood on the right and left sides.
3.Clean the mating surface of the hood with isopropyl alcohol or an equivalent cleaner.
4.Cut 1 strip of anti squeak tape pn 05019054AA in half. Each half will measure approximately 45 mm X 77 mm (1.75 in X 3 in).

5.Carefully apply the tape to the two hood areas where the hood bumpers make contact with the inner hood (Fig. 1). Smooth the tape into any contours of the hood.

NOTE : This bulletin applies to two wheel drive (4x2) models equipped with a 5.7L engine (sales code EZD) built before October 3, 2008 (MDH 1003XX).
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Some customers may complain of the idle quaility after the vehicle is warmed up. This condition can happen while the vehicle is in park, neutral, drive or reverse with no additional throttle tip in. A software change has been made to the increase the warm nominal idle speed from 584 rpm to 648 rpm, which corrects the condition.
If the vehicle owner complains of this issue reprogram the PCM with the new software.
DIAGNOSIS:
Using a Scan Tool (StarSCAN(R)) with the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures available in TechCONNECT, verify all engine systems are functioning as designed. If DTC's are present record them on the repair order and repair as necessary before proceeding further with this bulletin.

PARTS REQUIRED:

SPECIAL TOOLS / EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
REPAIR PROCEDURE - USING THE INTERNET TO RETRIEVE THE FLASH FILE:
1.Reprogram the PCM with the latest software. Follow the detailed service procedures available in DeaIerCONNECT/TECHCONNECT, Refer To 8 - Electrical/Electronic Control Modules/Powertrain Control Module - Standard Procedure PCM/ECM Programming - Gas.

^NVH issues while the vehicle is operating in the MDS mode.
^Spark Knock between 1800 to 2500 RPM.
DIAGNOSIS:
Using a Scan Tool (StarSCAN(R)) with the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures available in TechCONNECT, verify all engine systems are functioning as designed. If DTC's are present other then the one listed above record them on the repair order and repair as necessary before proceeding further with this bulletin.
If no DTC's are present, perform the Repair Procedure.

Washer Solvent Level Sensor Weepage Or Low Washer Fluid Message
OVERVIEW:
This Bulletin involves replacing the Washer Level Sensor, Ambient Temperature Sensor and installing a overlay harness.
MODELS:
2009 DS Ram Truck 1500
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The Ambient temp sensor reading incorrectly or low washer fluid message lamp is displayed on.
DIAGNOSIS:
Using a Scan Tool (StarSCAN) with the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures available on TechConnect, verify all systems are functioning as designed. If DTC's are present record them on the repair order and repair as necessary before proceeding further with this bulletin. If the vehicle operator describes or experiences the Symptom/Condition, perform the Repair Procedure.

PARTS REQUIRED:
REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1.Open Hood.
2.Disconnect neg. battery cable.
3.Remove radiator trim cover.
4.Remove Grill assembly
5.Unbolt washer bottle mounting bolts.
6.Disconnect wiring harness from the Washer Level Sensor, Ambient temp sensor, and Hood Ajar Switch. Cut connectors off and tape back into the main harness.
7.Replace the Ambient Temp Sensor.
8.Replace the Washer Level Sensor and Grommet
9.Connect wiring overlay harness connector to the Sensors.
10.Does the vehicle have a hood switch?
a.YES >> Connect harness to Hood Switch and continue to Step # 11
b.NO >> Tape connector back to harness and continue to Step # 11
11.Remove B+ positive cable from TIPM.
12.Remove the C4 connector from TIPM.
13.Locate and remove pins 3, 10, 14, and 15.
14.Install color coded wires from the jumper harness to the TIPM.
15.Cut removed wires and tape back to harness.
16.Reassemble all components fill washer bottle with solvent and inspect for leaks.

POTENTIAL NUMBER OF UNITS AFFECTED: 72136
SUMMARY:
Chrysler is recalling 72,136 M/Y 2008-2009 light and heavy duty RAM pickup trucks. The windshield wiper module motor assembly may be susceptible to water intrusion that could result in partial or complete loss of windshield wiping capability.
CONSEQUENCE:
When the wiper system fails, the operator will have reduced visibility which could result in a crash.
REMEDY:
Dealers will replace the wiper module assemblies with vented wiper motor housings free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided an owner notification schedule. Owners may contact Chrysler at 1-800-853-1403.

Thanks for posting the actual service sheets for the RRT's Bullraider! Can you possibly get these also?

Here are the RRT's for my vehicle as found and corrected upon request:

(A couple of these may be the same RRT's from above but the numbers do not match correctly?)

09-024 Seat Squeek: Passenger seat makes noises
09-029 Hood Squeek: Hood may emit noise
09-035 Tailgate Spoiler: Spoiler may fall off under normal use or fly off at highway speeds
09-041 ABS Module: Reprogram module for performance reason
09-020 Differential Vent Clip: Unknown reason
09-063 Rambox Locks: Rekey to different for extra security
