thats actually one of my favorite songs. Sorry, I just heard the base and thought it was fiddy cent or something

Did you get the mufflex kit or install just the magnaflow muffler. If just the muffler do you mind telling what your total for everything was?

I got the mufflex kit dod14m. Ordered it off of ebay for 257.47 shipped. I thought it was a little high considering I ordered the same magnaflow muffler with pre-bent mandrel duals and tips for my 07 for about the same price.

if you want just the muffler search this part number on ebay 12198 that is the magnaflow part number for the 14 inch muffler. On ebay the price is about 70 lower than magnaflow's msrp.

I'm new here and its my first Dodge, With these brand new trucks and putting a Maganflow muffler on the truck,, it doesn't give Dodge a reason to void any type of warranty right?? (Lifetime powertrain, 3yr/36,000mile)
I used to have a Ford Excursion 6.0L and this truck is night and day compared to what I had,, and so is this forum! That ford was a 05' and with 56,000miles on that powerstroke,, as soon as the ticker hit 52,000miles it was headache after headache so I traded it with one year left on the engine's warranty..
Hey sorry for the rant..

The other question I had was,, I want to do this mod, but only the magnaflow muffler,, How much of a sound change am I going to get with just getting a new muffler in there,,Because ebay has these magnaflow 12198's for 87.00.
That is the correct part number for our exhaust??

thanks again,
Jeff

That is the muffler in my vid. If you have any questions about the magnaflow stuff contact them via their website. They were very helpful with my first purchase even though I wasn't buying their $700 cat back system.

I haven't noticed anything, either way.
