Been thinking of this aswell

You guys that put the stuff under the truck (wich is what I want to do), how does it stand up to water, dirt, snow, salt etc?

I have the shocker kit from hornblasters .com. It has 4 horns and a three gallon tank, it was $400. I have it in a 05 crown vic. I had to pull the nose off the car to make it fit (it was worth it) 8 hours to install, tank in the trunk.

IT IS LOUD! you have to use good judgement for sure. But when you really need it, there is no substitute!

 

i got the 4 black plastic horns from hornblasters.. also have a two gallon tank and a viair 380.. ive had them same parts on my past two vehicles.. i just installed it all on my truck today.. put it all behind the front bumper. worked out great.



i can get pics of it all installed tomorrow if wanted. nothing fancy, but it works and its loud.
