Is your oil unstable? Been talking crazy?

Snake oil - not just for lubricating your snake.

Guess what the oil pump in your engine is?

To kinda echo... It's just a gimmick. The only oil additive that i have EVER used with good results is an engine restore product on a motor that's on its last leg. It does a great job at hiding valve rattle smoke and other shakes and rattles.

I tried the fuel additive for a couple of large bottles way back in my 97, but I never saw any difference out of it.

Running high quality engine oils and routine maintenance will keep your motor running strong and well longer than anything else will.

i love the stuff... after watching semi's running it with no issues and 1 mill + miles, where everyone else was rebuilding around 700k or so, i run a quart of it in every engine i have, even my derby car engines have been lasting up to 5 derby's when they used to get 1 or 2, to me thats a bit of insurance, but too each teir own...

I wouldn't know about that stuff but I'd sure like to try some good ole STP to try and stop that agravating ticking I sometimes hear around oil change time! It seems to me that this funky 5W20 becomes 5W water by the time your puter tells you to change it, lol!

Why wait, if you don't like the ticking change the oil. I do mine at 5000 KM's or the most we have gone was 4 months only because we only had 1500 km's on the oil and it was clean still so at 4 months it had 2200 and was brown, still could have waited but I can't wrap my mind around this watery oil lasting longer than 5w30..back in the day I used 10w 40 in summer and 10 30 in winter that was just it. Now a high performance engine with water or oil, I was told no additives to the engine oil not a good plan, does not work well with the MDS . Now if it is thin like the oil is why not? I would not put a can of that stuff that is like honey at 90 degrees and like cement in the winter. Is Lucas the one Carroll Shelby endorses and soaks into the metal? I so I bet that one would be fine, in fact I am considering it myself.
