Default New 2011 Ram owner

This afternoon I picked up a black 2011 dodge ram r/t fully loaded after trading in a 2011 genesis coupe 2.0T. I love this truck and it's so smooth and quiet when driving. I got pulled over during the test drive for going 60 in a 55 and the salesman and I were like we thought we were only going like 45 cause that's what it felt like lol. Can't wait to take this truck to the strip and start modding it

First pics of the 11 R/T I have seen. We do not have any on local lots, there are some about 100 miles from me but I was not going to drive that far to check them out.

The new 22" polished wheels.... What kind of rubber is on them? I know they are 285 45s. We need better pics

I'll get some better pictures soon. I'll check the tires when I go out to take pictures.

Ok I'm scared now, I was looking up if the r/t had limited slip and I was reading that the stock lsd breaks very easily which is bad because I will be drag racing this truck, is it true that the stock lsd breaks easily? What can I do to prevent breakage?

Then you probabally shouldn't be drag racing a truck that you can't adfford to fix.

I can get it fixed since I have warranty. It's just that I can't afford an aftermarket unit at the moment since I just bought the truck yesterday. I have to wait to get my next paycheck

Any damage you do from drag racing isn't going to get fixed for free if they figure out that is what you were doing with it. And if you tag a wall, I doubt that your insurance covers racing either.

Good luck kid (I'm assuming)

My aunt owns the dealership so I may be able to get a break on warranty. Also I have a warranty through my insurance that may also cover it. Yes I'm a kid, 16

Is there a state in the U.S that issues driver's licenses to 16 y/olds?
