Do you mean to say that the 390hp hemi has a cast crank?

Yes, cast crank in the 5.7's.

I built a twin turbo setup and so far have no issues. I am only running my shake down tune right now and I am making 471 HP and 490 TQ to the wheels. Yes, the Hemi has a poor piston design, but that will only be a problem if you try to run more than 10 PSI on the factory setup.
