well i took a drive over today not to be confrontational but to suggest i wasn't very happy with the condition of my now plugged tire's sidewall.. Owner was the first to greet me as i walked in and i explained what happened(regarding the tire) didn't bitch about them not picking my truck up 75% of the time or bring my dad's paint bubble up that he has gotten nowhere with....

the owner agreed that it doesnt seem right to put a tire on like that when you have the hazard plan. The plan is through chrysler so the dealer won't be losing anything. make a claim and send some pics to chrysler and they get reimbursed in full. He said that he would talk to the appropriate people on monday to see what needs to happen to get a new tire and he even said i've always been reasonable with them regarding past issues and that i would contacted monday.

see what happens next week....

If that is true it seems your problem is with the service department and not the dealer. I say that because you have mentioned two incidents that have been corrected, well at leat one was corrected, after you spoke with him. However, it seems strange that all this is going on under his nose and he is unaware of the problems. Seems like a long talk with his employees is overdue.

Sounds like you took a good approach with him, and will get the result you want.
