2010 TRX4 - front bumper rust spots

I recall seeing some posts a year or so ago about rust spots and never really paid any attention to them until the other day when I was removing some road tar and grim om my white 2012 Sport , once I started looking close I noticed the whole truck is covered in tiny little rust colored spots, REAL bad on the rear bumper and fairly bad on the box sides, not too bad on the cab but also have them on the front plastic bumper, which tells me its not coming from under the paint because plastic just don't rust. Ithink a trip to the dealer is in order!
