dodge slammed the 4th gens down a few inches for aero dynamics. i lifted my 2500 2 inches within the first few months of owning it

 

for everyday driving i think the 2.5 inch lift is just about perfect.


for all you guys that have lifted your trucks, can our rams be lifted and keep the oem rake, i like the rake for the few times i load heavy or trailer heavy loads. tks all

 

Like I said before, I think my setup is good. I always seem to have a load on. Either a quad, snowmobile, or my camper. I really don't like the look of these trucks with just the levelling kit on, I too like a bit of rake. If you are hauling something heavy, get the Air Lift 1000's, took me about 45 minutes to install, and gets rid of the "sag", even with my 9200lbs camper with tongue weight of over 900 lbs. Gained about 1 mpg towing with the camper also, not a huge improvement, but it is one.
