Default Magnaflow 12198 14" video

I know many like me enjoy an exhaust video to help make my mind up. I finally got around to putting this one together of my 09 Hemi with the Magnaflow 12198 14" muffler. I also cut out the resonators and welded in replacement pipe. Doing that did make a little difference in sound (made it better). I have owned three Rams, and have had my share of mufflers on them. In my honest opinion, this is by far the best sounding set up yet. I know everyone is worried about drone...as was I. This Magnaflow with no resonators is so comfortable sounding. Rolling down the road or even at take off it is not loud in the cab what so ever. There is nothing to worry about when the MDS kicks in either. So, if you have a hard time making up your mind, let me help you...Magnaflow 12198!

I tried to give you guys some normal driving, normal take off and some full throttle sound. Hope you enjoy.

Wow, that's quieter than the 24" on my 08 that came with the 16700 kit.

Sounds good.

How many miles on the setup? My 14 gained sound after several thousand miles.

http://www.mufflex-performance.com/brochure.html

Link to the Mufflex Store. They have the kits for both the dual and single exhaust setups right on that page.

14 Series is the Loudest/Most Aggressive, 18 is slightly quieter more mild, and 24 is the mildest sounding.

Search 2009-2011 Ram Mufflex in Youtube and there are plenty of videos so you can get an idea of what they sound like.
