Does anyone know if this type antenna is any good and which company makes the best one?

I have one, but in silver. I just got it cause I hate the long "stick" that the factories put on. I have no idea what the reception is on them either because I have my own tunes and Sirius radio. I just got mine for looks, not sure at all on the reception tho.
