STAY AWAY!!
I recently had the delight to speak with, and work with their company, and can say one thing from this experience.. Stay AWAY!
I will post a write-up of a simple (I use that word loosely) Fuel Door install, where the instructions were incorrectly written, the hardware in the kit wad wrong, and the door had a stain on it...
After just speaking with their customer service person, explaining I ordered another door (Due to the stain) and wanted the correct hardware kit..I was refused, and told to wait until I get the new door to see if the proper hardware was in the kit of not... What a disappointment.
From a customer perspective standpoint, the tech side had experienced people, however from a warranty and customer support standpoint, stay as far away as possible...
Just wanted to warn my Dodge Forum members, that there are better company's out there..

Yikes!
Hate to see companies gone wrong. Of course there will be mistakes and faulty products once in a while - but it is mostly how they handle their mishap that makes the difference with a good or bad experience. It's too bad they couldn't stand behind their product!

Its unfortunate too, mainly because if your not a fan of the mopar fuel door (Its not my cup of tea, but not knocking it by any means) this is one of the only other companies that has a decent product IMO that's IS vehicle specific...
I will say stay away from the brushed steel part, I just ordered the polished one and should have it today (Yes full pics and install DIY will be coming). I WILL SAY if you decide to order cause you love the design (Like me) GO THROUGH AMAZON!!!
Amazon has been nothing short of miraculous throughout this, and gone out of their way to make my experience right. I swear if it wasn't for amazon, I would be bitter, but since amazon is footing the replacement, returns, all those added costs, I'm not the least bit pissed at nothing but the company itself...
