gas prices / barel
the barrel went down almost 10$ in one week and only down 2 cents att the pump.
the barel is 78$ today an we are paying 1.214$ per Litre thats like 4.61 per gallon. man are we getting f%&k in march less then 6 month ago the barel when up to 115$ and we were paying less 1.179$.
Why are we paying more per liter when the barel is almost 30$ cheaper...

Price of oil is one of, not the only contributing factor to the price at the pump. So it could be something else (likely greed, LOL)
Gas price will never fall with the drop in oil price, as quickly as it will rise though.
So ya, I agree we get raked over the coals. Nothing we can do though, so I try not to think about it too much.

We get shafted in Canada on fuel prices. Take a Canadian price (1.25/L) and multiply it by 4x. That's our price per Gallon. We are at almost $6/G right now.
Our problem is we do not refine enough of the oil ourselves. We have Sarnia that can handle some of it, but Texas gets a lot too. The GAS you are buying has traveled further than you'd ever want to know.
