Nice truck! I keep tossing around the idea of trading mine for a longhorn. I can only help with one of your questions. The rear seats only fold up. Also if you have a smart phone then plug your phone into your computer with a usb cable and set your phone to mass storage device mode. then just click and drag photos or music to your phone and then just plug your phone into your radio and you will be able to get the pictures and music off onto your radio hard drive. I have problems with my radio recognizing a usb stick so I have to use my phone and that works great for me.
