warranty shouldnt be a problem.... I still have the factory unmolested PCM to put back in if theres ever a problem. In fact I just had an R/T coverter put in under warranty.

Also ran a PB of 13.7 @ 97 with a 1.9 60ft last night

sounds to me like you spend an extra chunk of money to buy a 2010 pcm. Not worth it, just be patient.

Ive been emailing all the tuner providers and they all say they are getting pretty close. I guess even some of them might be looking for test vehicles here in the next month so....

I'm not convinced that by putting in the 2011 PCM is going to give you your warranty back....All the logs and whatnot on that will be erased. Being a new vehicle whats the first thing that dodge is going to do to find your problem? Plug into that OBD port. They are going to notice that it has no logs for the past however long. If they can determine that the 2010 PCM caused the problem (not saying it did but dodge is going to push for that!) your outta luck. Not to mention they will probably start asking questions.
At least with a tuner you can pull the tune out and the dealership will never know. (at least on the older PCMS it would erase everything tune related)

Im still going to wait for tune, but thats just me, I would rather be safe then sorry. Hope you never have any problems tho!

I've never had to take my truck in for any issues yet, but it's "said" that the dealer can read I've had my SC Cortex tuner plugged into my truck...Then I've read from poster's on this forum and others that it depends on the dealer. Some dealers are all against it and other just flat out don't care....
