I went on a trip this week-end:
98liter tank

used 90liter to top it up
did 700kms
85% high way at 120kms / hours.
average 12.8litre per 100kms

I feel good about that.
I once did 10.3l per 100kms on a trip but that was holding 98kms/hours. so 12.8 att 120 is very decent to me.

I feel the same with MPG hehehe. When will the United States go to metric system like the rest of the world, probably never.

 

Least in liters there is no confusion when some talk mpg we never know if it's Canadian or us. I get 18 mpg or 22 pending what your using

 

when we are no longer making the rules...
