android phone? Good news!
I upgraded my galaxy s 2 to ICS a while ago, thats v.4.0.3. Just tried it on the uconnect today, and I will say it works perfectly! Now I never had a problem with the older firmware, but I just want to say that it seems to work just perfect.
Some people seem to have compatibility issues, and for those who hesitated to upgrade to the new 4.0 firmware...I can say I did and it works for me!
As for I-Phone people...well, tough luck on that one
Just thought I would let everyone know!

i have a Bionic and it doesnt look like i will get ICS until the 3rd or 4th quarter..... the only problem i have had with uconnect is sometimes it will take forever for my phone to connect to it. it seems if i turn on bluetooth before i start my truck it will connect instantly though.

Do you not keep your bluetooth on? Mines always on and it connects almost instantly...
The uconnect is not a monthly thing...its always activated you just have to pair your phone to it...Unless your truck is not equipped with it (which could be a possiblility even tho you might see a phone symbol on the dash) What model truck do you have? as in ST/Sport/laramie?
What happens when you try to play Pandora thru the phone?

Wait, you can stream Pandora over Uconnect via bluetooth?
I just recently got my Uconnect to accept my Android phone. I had to go into uconnect and wipe out the old phone completely and pair everything up again. Before I did that, it was trying to import my phonebook and would make this nasty sound like your pc makes when it crashes hard.
Anyway, gonna have to give this a try. I've been using the aux input cable for it, but streaming via bluetooth would be much cleaner and less trouble.
