Raised white letters or blank sidewalls?

I would go with blank on your truck.

Look at practically every Ram pickup you see on the street. I have yet to see one that wasn't running solid blackwalls (no raised white letters).

Obviously a personal choice, but I think raised white letter tires look a little jakey.

If you can't find anything else, you can always have them mounted facing in. No one is likely to notice.

I had mine reversed on my new Sport 4 days after I got it. Hate the big white letters.

I stopped into a wheel shop the other day and looked at some rims and some tires. This is not your fathers wheel shop, or your grandfathers wheel shop.
The rims are mostly 20" and up, with 22" seemingly the most adored. Giant I tell you.
So I ask the guy if they had anything for a 56 year old guy like me. We had a good laugh.
But looking at what this guy had reminded me of the low riders and hip hop style rides. "Pimped" as some would say?
I am not the type to ride flashy, but I do like cool looking wheels and styles. Was I just in the wrong place, or are all the after market rims leaning in this direction. I mean the stereo will not match these wheels. I don't have a boom boom sound to go with them. LOL!
