My .02 - In my experience with the jeep and streetrod folks - anyone asking questions like the ones he has been asking is not capable of a trans swap or a diesel conversion into a 1/2 ton.

 

Read thread #16 then. Something about "goofy a$$" kinda strikes me as an insult towards the OP.
Then a new one pops up in here today saying he`s not capable...? (thread #21) And we know this how...?
Who are we to judge, not a one of us were born smart, we were taught what we know, by listening an watching others.
I`m sure the OP is just lookin for some help and he really dosent know whats involved with what he`s asking for.
Just give him a break and just help him instead of talkin about him, or badly commenting on other posts he`s had.

 

Ok, maybe there is a better way to describe it rather than goofy a$$, but I still don't see it as an insult...simply stating that it is an odd post and question to ask, etc. I mean who has a new vehicle and replaces a transmission immediately...even if it was the 2nd gen Dodge trans...why would you up and yank it out before it goes...get as much mileage and use out of it. As for post# 21...NOTHING was said to or towards the OP, it was stated that other people IRL that he has known to ask similar questions do not have the experience or ability to perform the work required to satisfy the repair or mod.

If you really think these are insults or whatever, you MOST DEFINITELY better stay away from a couple other forums I frequent, as you would consider most members to be BRUTAL cyber bullies...No one else thinks so, but in comparison to your reactions of what is happening here, they are
