Default New ride! I'm so happy!

So, I've had a basic RAM stripo model "polish work truck" for the last 2 years (my first RAM), and my wife and I decided that a 2 door truck simply isn't going to work going forward with kids in the agenda. So I bought a truck that costed $10,000 more for only $33/month more... I'm so stoked! What I got is highlighted below. Additionally I will list some things that knock my socks off!

What I got:
2012 Big horn 4x4 Quad cab
Black - DEAR GOD SHE'S PRETTY!
Luxury package
Preffered package 25Z
Limited slip rear end
3.55 rear end
HEMI (So much better than my 4.7!)
20 x 9" tires - simply GORGEOUS!

Some things that just make me smile:
Dual exhaust!
115V outlet
Lumbar support and power seats!
Leather stearing wheel
Bright as HELL LED "approach" lights - shine down on the pavement from the mirrors! - GOD THIS IS GORGEOUS!
Auto dimming mirrors
Heated mirrors
Fog lamps
10" ground clearance all around to the rear pumpkin and even to the front air shroud thing!!
Power sliding rear window
And the best part: BACK SEATS!

Coming from a fully loaded 2007 SRT8 300C to the polish work truck was a BIG setback and blow on my spoiled life style, so going to this beautiful truck just tickles me pink!

I've taken the OEM Mopar front tow hooks with me and will use a dremel to cut out the air dam thing thing so I can install the hooks. Does anyone have tips on doing this?

Things I've given up that I'm not happy about, but will live:
3.92 Rear end
33" mud tires
3" lift
Flip out tow mirrors

Pics:

Enjoy!

tow hook mod is easy, especially if you order the plastic part from mopar. it'e less than $20 and well worth not having to dremel straight lines.
part #55112586AA (online price $9.14)

I love it! It doesn't have the plastic bumpers or plastic cladding crap that many of the newer special models has. It has the perfect amount of chrome-except I do like the chrome mirrors. Congratulations, you have a beautiful truck!

Yeah, I prefer chrome mirrors, but to get that it's like another 6 grand and they give you leather and navigation too, which I didn't want either of those.

Leather is nice in a car, and I don't think I'd ever buy a car without leather seats, but in a truck, for my lifestyle, it'll just get ruined.

Thanks for that part number! Yeah, for $10 it's WELL worth not having to deal with! WOW! THANKS!

FWIW, I called them and they have changed the part number to 68088193AA PANEL: http://dodge-wholesale.com/catalog/p...ucts_id=284009

Little cheaper too.

Thanks

I am guessing by saying "polish working truck" you mean, polish: to become smooth and glossy through polishing.

If you are referencing the people of Poland at least have the decency to capitalize Polish.

Congrats! I also highly recommend getting the plastic piece for the tow hook area. For <$10 it was the best thing I bought for this truck.

I'm sorry, but when I look at that truck I think of what a great blank canvas! Let the modding begin!!

Congrats on the new truck, it looks great! I just got an 05' Ram Daytona 2 days ago from an 02' Durango. Big step in the right direction. Good luck.
