Picture is not the greatest. I will get some better ones up this week. Needless to say I really like the results. I immediately removed the rear bumper and took it in to have it sprayed.
Some guys on here and other forums with lifted trucks removed them.... it acts as a front spoiler to help direct airflow from underneath your truck/car to prevent lift at high speeds. In a truck I don't see you having that issue as you don't really go that fast. But the air damn also pushes air out to the sides of the vehicle and up towards your grille which ultimately leads to a cooler engine.
I haven't heard of any issues of someone's truck running to hot with the air damn removed.
