I have the roll and lock. For me it does wonders.I throw tools electrical supplies etc in there, then just roll it closed and lock it. It's enough for me to pull it back and put some pipe in too. Totally waterproof, and easy to use. It works for me, but like another user said all personal preference...

 

I decided to go with the Bakflip G2. I've had it on 3-4 days now. Very happy so far.
