Unhappy NEED OPTIONS for Ram Box Issue

I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 that I purchased in Feb 2010. I don't have a garage large enough so it spends all the time outdoors. Now, every time I touch the Ram Box with bare skin, I get a rash and have tiny bits of material in my skin. The top of the Box even has sparkles.

Has anyone else had this issue? What did you do to work around it? I haven't contacted Dodge yet.

I'm new here but could not find a prior thread on this issue.

Thank you for your advise and help

Maybe you should have it detailed. most of those guys have seen everything, they could most likely tell you what it is and get it off of there.

By material, are you seeing metal fibers. Occasionally vehicles can have rail dust embedded into the clear coat finish. However you'll typically notice these fibers, as they can leave what looks like a rust stain around the metal fiber. Darker color paint schemes can hide those stains, making it difficult to actually see.
