I am starting to think it is just Daddy buying a new truck, and he can't decide between a Power Wagon, and a 3500.

I'm starting to enjoy this thread a "so called sixteen year old probationary licensed driver" has everyone turning on each other, lol.

Come on, my five year old could provide better structural grammer opening title, and opening paragraph. Who in the right mind would allow a sixteen year old to own a one ton truck as their first vehicle, especially a insurance provider?

Oh well, carry on...

He should get them both. The PW for offroad and the 3500 for when he needs to tow. Problem solved.

For 2013, the 3500 does get a new frame and front end suspension. Have heard although not confirmed that the 2500 will get the upgrades for 2014. Don't forget, the 2013 HD model year is very short.

The Ram Truck brand has unveiled its 2013 Heavy Duty pickups, which feature impressive towing and hefty Gross Combined Weight Ratings (GCWR). Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks also add new features, including a new interior, next-generation Uconnect Access and PowerNet. Ram HD 3500 models also feature a new frame and suspension.

The funniest thing about this thread is the hostility and animosity it has brought out. The question was posed so either answer it with info or opinion or ignore it. Why get so testy about it or beat someone up over something that really doesn't matter. JMO
