Greetings to all. I am the proud owner of a 2102 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi. This is my "First" NEW truck since my last new truck was a 1991 Nissan King Cab. Yeah, I'm not into buying new stuff since I maintain my vehicles to the letter. Anyhow, I still own my 1994 Chevy Suburban 1500 4WD I purchased in 1995 and now, she has 254,000 miles on it and everything still works on it AND in it. I do pull two different trailers with one being a camper, 5,000 lbs. and the other, a 20 foot flatbed with a 6,000 military truck on it,total of 8,000 lbs. I did install an additional transmission cooler on the Suburban to bring the total to 3, just to keep the temps down on that 4L60E trans. I just hope this new Dodge Ram can keep up with my old Suburban since I'm not a really a big fan of all the electronic goodies installed on today's vehicles. You see, I've been master certified since 1979 back when it was called NAISE so believe me, I've REALLY seen things change! Anyhow, I just wanted to step in and join the crew of the latest RAM owners and say "Hello".
