Looking into new 2013
Hi all,
Looking into trading in my 2011 Sport CC for a 2013. Do you think the $1600 4 corner air suspension is worth it? How about the V6 vs V8? I use my truck as a car. Gets me to work and picks up the groceries.
Thanks!

Not sure whyyou want to get rid of a 2 year old truck.
If you are using the Ram as a car, then imo the air suspension would not be worth the money.
The V-6 would be adequate in power and give you a bit more mpg.
Personally, there are better vehicles out there for a commute vehicle than a pickup.

I just traded my 10 for a 13! I test drove one with the air ride and the 8 speed with the hemi, it did ride smother than the reg suspension, if your not going to be using it as a truck you may look into the v6 with the 8 speed tranny for the best mpg I didn't care for the 8 speed shifts too often for me but I guess you could get use to it. It's all about what you want to spend.
Sorry, but I didn't come here to ask if I should buy new tires, or get a new truck. I didn't come here to ask if there was something more economical to drive to work. I know I could buy a Geo and get better gas mileage.
I trade every 2 years. I didn't come here and ask if that is a a good thing to do or not. I trade every 2 years because I want to and and can afford to do so. Is there a problem with that? I'm an accountant. Pretty sure I know my personal numbers.
I came here to ask about some of the new features that are available on the 2013 models. Isn't that what this forum is for?
Thanks to the guys that offered their opinion on the questions I asked.

IGolf,
My suggestion would be to get the 3.6L for the needs you have described. If you do decide on the V8, the 5.7L Hemi would be my choice over the 4.7L.
