I'm crazy...more parts!

I went on ahead and bought the JBA shorty headers - I like that they bolt right on and are 1/3 the price of the American Racing longtube headers. I also bought a magnaflow Y-Pipe so my exhaust guy can remove the factory Y while he's in there. Should be interesting to see if the throttle body/header/y-pipe upgrade will loosen up some extra h/p. Gets installed on 6/5..

The guys at American Racing must hate me for cancelling my order with them twice but their price is just much too expensive. So I've switched it up to something I think is going to be more exciting anyways. I bought the Silver Ceramic JBA shorty headers; then I bought two DMH electric exhaust cutouts that will have an x-pipe installed before them; this will give the truck a true dual set-up when the cutouts are open and the sound will be smoother with the x-pipe. Then I bought a y-pipe that will go after the cutouts and then into my corsa exhaust. Should sound and perform great - I did this setup once on my 2010 Tundra and it sounded nuts, especially in sequential shift mode

I've done everything you listed (and more internally on a stock rotating assembly) with my Charger, I "strongly" suggest going with the Diablo tuner. SC has a strong market with regards to "quick tune modifications" with at home tuning. You'll benefit more with a Diablo with data logging, and CMR tuning especially since your continuing to upgrade aftermarket parts.
Pulling extra ponies with bolt-ons isn't always noticable, especially something around 6k lbs., however a 4.56 rearend will greatly help, and a CMR tune will greatly aid those modifications.
