Default Need Help on buying Ram

1st time buyer looking at these two rams are they good deals and which one is recommended?

2010 has 390 hp vvt and more aggressive mds than 2008

The 2010 has a hemi vs the 4.7 in the 2008. Big difference there. The miliage will be better or at least equal in the hemi.

That 2010 is quite "dressed up" for the same $$. Aftermarket grill, headlamps,taillights, fender flares, tires and more I'm sure. The 2008 seems stock

Just wondering why the exhaust tip on the drivers side is pushed quite far in, is this a repaired wreck?

I would buy the 2010 over the 2008 any day of the week. (HEMI is the only way to go...!!!!) That bent tail tip looks like somebody backed into something. Might want to raise it up in the air and look that over real good. Look for surrounding damage, might find something more going on under there.
