Default Beach Advice

Gonna get a beach permit for this spring and summer for my Ram, I am from Long Island NY and know we have rules probably specific to the beach and some that are general. But what I am looking for a list of some of the stuff you vets have put together for "required" supplies every off roader needs for the beach (compressors, jacks, ropes etc etc) I am in the market for a compressor and looking for one that's inexpensive but still effective. Any info is appreciated.

If you have 4wd you should be fine. Just air down if you start digging yourself into a hole.

If you are going on dunes, we always put on a long pole with a flag on the bed so others can see us coming. For getting unstuck, old pieces of rugs under the wheels work well. A small shovel can come in handy for digging sand.
