What are the common issues with 4th Gen RAM's?

I have a 2nd Gen RAM with over 200k on the clock, and it's going to need some major component overhaul soon, so I'm weighing up whether to rebuild or upgrade to a 4th Gen (possibly a 2012).
Beyond the vehicle cost, I want to know what issues (and additional cost) I will likely have to deal with.

exhaust manifold bolts breaking
air suspension leaks in the cold temps for newer models with that option
cracking leather seat covers

...other than that...they are pretty solid
