Default Extended warranty advice pls..

My 15 Ram 5.7 is at 35, 500 miles. plan to keep it a loooooong time! Great truck. I know the drive train is covered 5 yrs 60,000 but theres a lot that leaves out. I.E power steering, A/C, emissions, starting system, charging system being some of the biggie. Seems extended warranties, 5-6 yrs, 100,000-125,000 runs around $22,000-$25,000. Opinions please. Getting to point in life I want to scale down or I would simply trade it, that is not an option at this time, thanks!

22K for an extended warranty? Seriously? That seems awful expensive to me...... Did you slip a decimal point there?

sorry, yes I sure did! 2,200-2,500. Since then was at the dealer the other day, they wanted $3,500 100,000 mile 6 yr but figure I can do a lot of a/c, charging/electrical work for that money.

Is that 100,000 miles on the clock? Or, 100K miles from the current reading?
