Ram 1500 vs Nissan?
It's time for me to consider another used pickup for a hunting/fishing truck. In the past I have had Nissan Frontiers and was very happy with their durability and reliability.
What I need is a truck with 4x4 and light hauling ability such as a jonboat or a small trailer. I might go ahead and get another used Frontier but I am considering upgrading to a Titan. My friend who runs a cross-country shipping company recommended a Ram 1500.
So, if I bought a used 1500 with max 100,000 mileage, 5.7l hemi, and 4x4, what would be the pros and cons of that vs a similarly equipped Titan?
Thanks

Nothing wrong with the Titan. Nor the Ram. The Titan has a rather large V8, which by your description, you probably don't need. Then again, if it isn't your daily driver, it doesn't really matter that it gets bad mpg. The Ram you could get with a V6 but even the hemi gets better mpg than the Nissan. Considering the Frontier is being redone soon, that older design will probably be rather inexpensive.
