Default Permanent AC Inverter installation

Whats up ram fans! I just upgraded my 2nd gen ram for a 4th gen. I have a 1500 Watt pure sine-inverter (3000 peak) that I want to permanently install on my truck for work. Its strong enough to power my compressor and any other power tool I could need. I'm looking on wiring and placement recommendations. I want to ultimately end up with a bumper-mounted AC outlet front and rear in a watertight outlet box. Am I better off running more battery cable or more AC wire? I'm looking for maximum wattage output as my compressor requires a solid 14A @ 110. I've got a deep cycle battery laying around also so wiring that into the charging system may also be in play if possible. Thanks y'all!

Run the long lengths for a/c. D/C tends to suffer from voltage drop over distance.
