Ok Ram Fanatics, I have a really strange question to ask that I cannot seem to find an answer for regarding my 2013 Ram 1500 Express (I mention the exact vehicle to see if others with the exact vehicle have done this). Anyhow, have any of you ever mounted a handgun magnet in your rigs, if so, where was the best place? Recently picked one up for my carry and was out in the truck today trying to find a good location to mount it. Seems to be a good place under the steering wheel but allows the weapon to point down directly at the gas peddle. Thought about right next to the drivers seat, right hand side, on the bottom of the center console but there does not seem to be enough plastic to drill into without allowing a screw to protrude out.
