Default RBZ radio updating

I have a 2010 3500 ram 4x4 cummins. It has a RBZ radio and everytime I start it the radio goes into updating channels on satellite radio. Then it will play for a few minutes and go to updating again. This happens every time I start it. Whether it has been shut off for 10 minutes or 10 days. Anybody have any idea what is causing this?

Go to the siriusxm site and log into your account and send a radio refresh to it,, that should help you. Just make sure truck is outside and clear veiw to the sky so after you send the refresh you need to start truck and let it refesh the radio,,, this should fix your problem

Nope that did not fix the problem. Still updates every start. 2 to 3 minutes updating channels everytime

Okay here is an update. The other day I was sitting in the parking lot at a store waiting on my wife. I have never reprogrammed my presets since I renewed my satellite subscription 6 months ago after I let it expire. I was bored and decided to do so. I set all the preset selections to my favorite stations. Since then the radio does not go to updating channels every time It seems to be fine now. Anyone else have this happen to them?
