About to get 2015 RAM 1500 LoneStar
Hello folks.
I wanted to get y'alls opinion on the 2015 RAM 1500 LoneStar, V8 HEMI 2WD. A bout 75k miles
I have been looking at trucks for a while, but never owned one.
My wife's minivan (Toyota Sienna), took a dump last week. It had about 320k miles on it (yea, we went to the moon once).
Anyway, van dead. Of all folks, daughter started saying to get a truck. After looking, I settled on the RAM 1500 due to looks and brother owning one, and amenities inside for the LoneStar version.
I have looked around for common issues thread on this forum. Cant seem to locate one.
So wonder if you can recommend the typical stuff to watch out for.
Things that are common to break on this type of truck.
Also, any other advice you have about it, will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your advice in advance.

The newer ones are pretty reliable. Trouble is, they are chock full of electronics.... which can get expensive to repair when they fail. A lot depends on how well the truck was treated by previous owners.
Looked really clean as I've been trying to look in the places that crap goes in and is hard to clean. I did see the electronics but such is life on any recent car.
so I take it most gremlins worked out,, just make sure to do regular maintenance fro. FSM? If so thats great.
greatly appreciate posting info.
