I read in the SA Xpres news last Sunday that the Titan was being discontinued and Nissan was going to sell a rebadged Ram. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

The article you have says to be hemified, meaning a hemi engine maybe drive train. The article I read in the paper said re-badged dodge truck, meaning a dodge truck with the name titan on it. Two different things! A titan owner now tells me that they will more than likely just discontinue the truck period and sell only the frontier. Doesn't matter to me, I liked the full size Nissan as well as the Toyota's but I only buy Dodge trucks for myself.

Yeah, that makes me want to friggin puke! The Hemi should only be put in a Chrysler product! And not only are they putting it in another brand, it's a dadgum Jap truck! I hope they dont give Nissan the exact same Hemi as the Dodges run... it should be detuned and it shouldnt be called a hemi.

Ha I love it, while they are at it they should also make the heads different so that the engine is not a true hemi. Its one thing for a person to do a conversion on their own truck, and even that Irks me some times(Jeep Wrangler with the worthless sbc 350 WHY GOD WHY?)
but for chrysler to sell out its hemi design! WTF is chrsyler becoming an auto *****?

Lots of different brands use the hemi design, the new tundras included. Calling it a Hemi would be illegal and dodge/chrystler could sue. Having hemispherical heads in the motor is not illegal, as long as they call it something else.

i liked the old nissan they did a better job of a half-ton then toyota did it took them forever to make a fullsize but to put the hemi in that bs they should just put there v6's and v8's in not the hemi they should keep that motor for themself
