the 09 Ram..
chagazzo, first of all!!! congrats on the truck! keep us in touch on it with some awesome stories!
but dude... flowmaster's really aren't that great... idk why everyone jacks them off so much lol
i'd check out spintech muffler's they are loud, sound good, and offer terrific flow. that's what i would do... along with making it a real dual exhaust
and putting a x-pipe or something in that thing!
also... sorry if flowmaster is a sponsor and i keep hating on them... (i can't see the sponsor list because of my browser setting blocks advertisements)

I just test drove the '09 and liked it. It rode great, had some power and I liked the interior much more than my '03. Half tons don't do it for me however. I'll wait for the 2010 HD line and be all over it as long as they keep the solid axels.
I was at the dealership for a couple hours staring at the 09 and the 08 and I for some reason the 08 looks bigger and tougher. When I saw the truck from the rear I swear I saw a Nissan Titan?? The front looks different, but the rear of the cab is squared like a Titan, I dont think Ill be getting the new ram, might just have to buy a used 08 or go to a 2500. Just my opinion. Either that or Ill buy the challenger and keep my 06 ram.
7 weeks left till mine arrives.
[quote]dual exhaust
and large diameter wheels like 20s
are for people who like
'bling'
rather than performance [quote/]
22's "dubs are for the blingy look"
my 20X9s never hindered anything on any level the truck had a bigger foot print was alot easier to manuver then any other truck that I have driven with smaller prefrormance tires.
Also at least here in texas dual exhaust on a truck isnt blingy its mandatory Ive seen then on every truck here since I started paying attention.

The rears mst likely squared for aerodynamics and your on your own that it looks like a nissian titan cause its missing a huge hunk of plastic and four inches in either direction.
I'm still not crazy abought the 09 Ram, But after looking at the new 09 F-150, I admit the Ram is better looking, Odd that booth the Ram and The f-150 booth have the amber front turn signal in the same location, I prfer the amber turn signal on the ram insted of the clear lens cover, amber bulb combo on the Ram.
The 2nd generation Ram is by far the better looking of the Ram pickups, And I have to ask if Dodge has the same maintance terms of the new Ram, as per the 3rd generation.
Any 1500 pick up is a waste of my time, thiers a slim chance a 2500 version of the 09+ Ram may light a fire..

i drove a white 1500 5.7 with the sports package and it had a little more get down than my 04, it was nice though, it felt like sitting my truck just more comfortable, and i loved the sirus radio touch screen cd/dvd player, the one i drove was priced at 38g's and i liked it
